Physical Imbalance: Physical overexertion or poor posture. It may manifest as musculoskeletal pain and emotional unrest.
Digestive Imbalance: Poor diet, excessive alcohol consumption, or eating too much before bedtime. It may manifest as bloating, indigestion, diarrhea, constipation, or restlessness.
Mental Imbalance: Anxiety, stress, overthinking, worry, or depression. It can manifest as irritability, restlessness, insomnia, muscle pain, and digestive disturbances.
The key factors contributing to imbalance may stem from disruptions in energy flow, leading to a deficiency or stagnation in vital energy.
I utilize a variety of TCM techniques to restore balance, promote circulation, and relieve stagnation include acupuncture needling, guasha (scraping), and cupping modalities.
